Although I have built several homes single-handedly, I now choose to concentrate on small home repairs. My 40-year history in the residential construction and repair business has given me the skills to complete almost any repair that is needed in your home or rental property.
Specialties
All manner of residential repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, glazing, furniture assembly, hanging pictures, custom cabinetry, installation of appliances, &c. My specialty is in small jobs. I refer larger jobs to trusted colleagues. In agreement with my liability insurance carrier, I no longer work on roofs, or anything that involves the roof.
