Cranmer Engineering, Inc was established in 1962 in Grass Valley, California, as a partnership of Jim B. Cranmer and G.R. Beechel, L.S., to offer civil engineering and land surveying services. In 1964 the partnership was re-organized into two sole proprietorships, and one of the resulting firms, Jim B. Cranmer, Civil Engineer was incorporated in 1968 and became Cranmer Engineering, IncSince its inception, the firm has been engaged in providing professional and technical services and has developed into a full service, multi-discipline consulting organization, with capability to develop projects from concept through feasibility, planning, engineering, design, construction management, and operations.
