Volcano Kimchi launched in 2014, and is committed to producing high quality, organic kimchi using locally sourced products whenever possible. Volcano Kimchi's philosophy is inspired by traditional Korean recipes that also borrow from contemporary trends in organic and sustainable food practices.

Come visit us! Saturdays at the Ferry Building farmer's market and Sundays at the Clement St farmers market (Inner Richmond). You can also find select items on Good Eggs and in Rainbow Grocers. Volcano Kimchi produces a line of traditional and unique kimchi products, from the ever-popular napa cabbage and daikon radish kimchi, to bok choy, jicama and Volcano Kimchi's Jicama Kimchi Salsa. We also produce a fantastic line of Korean chili sauces, including gochujjang and samjjang (chili sauce blended with organic miso paste).
