History
Ascend Fitness is the culmination of a meeting between two fitness experts with one common vision. Brandon and Joey were college buddies that both studied Kinesiology at Cal State Long Beach and wanted to change people's lives through fitness. They reunited after several years of training on their own individually. Once they did they realized together with each others' knowledge and passion they could do everything they truly wanted to serve the community through fitness.

Each program comes with a huge emphasis in nutrition coaching and accountability to make sure you actually follow through with your habits. Boot Camp - We call it FIIT 30 because it's a high energy fun HIIT class that's only 30 minutes but gets you all the calorie burning fat loss you need with a convenient schedule. Strength and Muscle Training - Great for the person that wants personal training for group class rates. If you want to lift weights and change your body to get stronger and have more stamina this is your program. Small Group Personal Training - VIP training program that centers around whole lifestyle change that includes more than just fitness. We strive to make you a better version of your self, body and mind. 1 on 1 - This is our elite training available which is a completely individualized training, nutrition, mindset and recovery program leading to which ever goal you want to accomplish.
