This theater produces traditional Shakespeare and other classic plays as well as modern versions of the classics updated to seem relevant to a diverse audience. They also offer a number of educational programs and workshops for aspiring actors of all ages. Past performances have included works by playwrights such as George Bernard Shaw and John Steinbeck. The venue opens two hours before curtain call. There are picnic tables located outside the theater, and food and drink are also encouraged and allowed to be brought into the theater itself.
