History
Villa Vicenza HOA was formed in June 2006. The community is a condo conversion project created as a non profit mutual benefit organization. Originally built as condos, the complex was kept as apartments because of the economic crash in the late 1980's. In 2006, they were sold as condominiums to individual owners. The complex is currently run by a homeowner who formed a management company to keep the community a well run onsite in-house team. After the complex was turned over to the homeowners, it began to build its reserves and it now has a 94% funded reserve account for future expenses.
