Valley ONE Property Management started from humble beginnings when our owner began managing his own rental properties when he couldn't find anyone he felt could meet his high standards of management. Before long, real estate clients who knew of his conscientious approach were asking him to manage their properties as well, causing him to formally open Valley ONE Property Management. In order to maintain our high standards, we are 'choosy' about the properties and owners we agree to work with. We accept referrals from existing clients and agents, and others on a case-by-case basis. Motivated by the old-fashioned notion that owners' properties should be treated like our own, and that tenants should always be treated with dignity and respect. We call it the golden rule, and we think it's a good way to approach property management.

Our company focuses on QUALITY over quantity, with a goal to maximize the return on investment for each property we manage, as if it were our own. It starts with optimization of rent (at or near market rent to secure high interest and quality tenants to minimize vacancy). Then we use the highest quality photography, virtual tours and narrated walkthrough videos. Our thorough application process ensures a quality tenant is moved into your home. We manage all rent collection, billing, accounting and financial reporting. And regular cost-effective preventative maintenance helps keep repair costs down so your property can keep increasing rental income year after year.
