Valerie Confections was founded in Los Angeles by partners Valerie Gordon and Stan Weightman Jr. Since that time, it has become recognized as one of the top artisan chocolatiers in the country, known for modern interpretation of classic chocolates and confections, elegantly packaged for gifting. First recognized for their artisan toffees, the company continues to evolve, and now offers Nougats, Truffles, Caramels, Petits Fours, Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Preserves, Candied Fruit, and, in the Los Angeles area, an elegant Catering division. Valerie Confections has been recognized in many national media outlets, including Vogue, House and Garden, Chocolatier, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and the nationally syndicated radio programs The Spendid Table and Good Food.
