Founded in 1965, Ukiah Adult School offers academic programs to children aged 18 and above. The school provides classes in English, math, science, economics, world history and physical education. It offers a vocational nursing program that includes lessons in pediatric nursing, pharmacology and nutrition services for women and infants. Ukiah Adult School conducts GED tests and provides the English as a Second Language program. The school additionally offers scholarships and is a part of the Ukiah Unified School District, which maintains high, middle and elementary schools. The district features personnel, special education, business service, technology, food service and transportation departments. The school is located in Ukiah, Calif.
