Jay has worked as a Fitness Trainer for 10 years. Over the years He has earned numerous certifications they include AAAI, ACE, and Twist Sports Performance. He began working in corporate gyms gaining experience training clients with every possible goal in mind, from slimming down for a wedding to preparing for a Muay Thai fight and everything in between. Jay lives to share his passion for fitness to anyone who is willing to learn. In 2011 He ventured out on his own creating a training business Train With Jay. With his years of knowledge he has developed a training system for professional women who want maximum results in a shorter amount of time.
