After a life-changing journey, Hope is able to offer unique and honest insight into the topic of fitness. After a lifetime of battling obesity, she lost 175 pounds naturally with diet and exercise. She completely relates to the fear, frustration, and anxiety that most individuals feel when they are starting a new fitness journey or trying to get back on track. In 2018, Hope studied fitness and nutrition and earned her certifications in personal training, group training, yoga and nutrition. Her personal experience and education give her the ability to teach the necessary skills that create lasting change.
