CTS Strength & Conditioning is a private warehouse gym based in Napa, serving the town and surrounding areas. Led by John Cortese, owner and head trainer, the gym specializes in the development of athletic skills and performance. The gym's services are available to middle school, high school and collegiate athletes. The programs and training help athletes become stronger and faster physically, while also developing mental strength. Rates vary depending on the sport and type of training program selected, with three, six or twelve-month memberships available. Call to speak with an associate about the programs or to register for a free weeklong trial.
