Now I take a more laid back approach and focus on sustainability for my clients. Teaching people how to cook delicious foods at home and helping them make the best choices when they are not. I also teach people how to prepare healthier meals for themselves at home no matter what taste, diet or budget they have! I create plant-based meal plans! If you want more, I offer health coaching and support through daily communication, clients can ask me questions regarding healthy food choices while dining out, cooking at home, or grocery shopping. I also help develop workout plans to go along with the goals a client has in mind. This means we do daily
