History
Toasted Oak Winery is located in Fallbrook, in an area that was burned by the '07 Rice Canyon Fire. Only one tree on the property survived. The winery is named after this now recovered, but once Toasted Oak. The vineyard at Toasted Oak was planted in 2009. The winery was built in 2010, but Toasted Oak didn't open it's door for business until June, 2017, when the vines had become old enough to have produced quality grapes, and after the wine made from those grapes were sufficiently aged.
Specialties
Toasted Oak is a very small winery, family owned and operated. The emphasis is on quality dry red wines, produced from grapes in our vineyard. The winery is open daily for bottle sales, and offers wine tasting every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Picnics welcome.
