Totally forgot to grout. Amazingly shoddy job.

Brand new cabinet and countertop. They measure incorrectly resulting in an extra 1/2" on one side. For good measure they damaged that side.

They cut a 1/8" piece of tile. That little piece which never should have been used then cracked. They still left it in. Who does this?

They badly chipped the single most visible tile and rather than replace it, Tikal Tile filled it. It looks terrible.
