HistoryJust 1 Touch Spa & Wellness was established in July of 2014. The way we got our start came from a client that I had as a mobile massage business. She was suffering with Vulvodynia. She had the most excrutiating pain. She had not been doing her business as a business owner or setting up foundations to help women heal in the area of HPV she had done massive research on the study. I encountered her as a client in her home and began to treat her with massage. Because of her pain I studied the problem at her suggestion and came up with the treatment plan and the name of Just 1 Touch Spa & Wellness. I also at the time was suffering from fibroids the bleeding was very intense as well as the pain. I would frequently say within myself if I could just but touch the hem of Jesus garment. All I needed was one Touch. Since Massage is predominately about touch I came up with the name Just 1 Touch Spa & Wellness to let other's know and understand the power of touch.SpecialtiesI currently offer a 12 week treatment plan that uses alternative medicines to bring healing to the woman who is suffering from Vulvodynia. In this program we start in a 4 week interment of different massage modalities 1st Therapeutic Massage with stretching, breathing, and music. Second is Trigger point work plus 1st week session, 3rd is Muscle energy work plus 1st and 2nd week session, 4th Thai massage plus 1st,2nd, and 3rd weeks of sessions. We incorporate many different healing tools also to bring therapy to pelvic pain area's. Each Session is 90-120 minutes We also Specialize in Deep Tissue Massage that incorporates lomi lomi within the massage. We have Terrence who does a wonderful combination massage.My massage includes four modalities in the same sequence. Shiatsu,oscillation, swedish, and deep tissue. First I start off with a few shiatsu stretches and moves. Then the rest of the massage is a combination of the other three modalities...The ending is a little more shiatsu,then an efflurage, then a moment of silence and holding/breathing...the end
