Yam & Bean started as a pop-up in Santa Cruz, serving fish taco's from Monterey Bay's daily catch. The business grew into a personal chef service and catering outfit after David spent 4 years developing the Culinary Arts Program at Pie Ranch in Pescadero, CA.
