Disgusting!! Worst stay ever! Roaches and bed bugs!! These ppl are cheap and don't even high real house keepers. Seen bed bug markings around the bed and they yelled it was clean! It was not.

Honestly not worth the money we spent for the quality we received. Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Pay more for a quality room in SF. It's worth it. Hotel is fine on the outside....

I tried to ask for a refund because I found blood stains on my sheets and front desk worker did not care AT ALL. Bed sheets were so dirty.
