History

The Legacy was established as an income generating effort to support the Sebastopol Area Senior Center, a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation and not publicly funded by tax dollars. We depend on individual donations to meet the needs of our growing senior population.

Specialties

The Legacy Thrift & Gift Shop offers recycled sewing, needlepoint, and craft materials at responsible prices. The Legacy Shop accepts donations of fabric, yarn, sewing notion, and craft materials and resells them for your handmade projects.

Discount Fabrics is a family owned and operated business that sells fabric wholesale to the public. They have 12,000 square feet of bridal and costume fabrics, decorator fabrics and supplies, upholstery fabrics and quilting fabrics, as well as notions and supplies and foams. They also provide on-time delivery for special events and can assist with yardage calculations. They even offer monthly specials like no sales tax or 50% off all rolls marked a specific color.
