At the beginning of July, our business have launch for the first time in Long Beach with BBQ smoked meat sandwiches, Brisket, Pulled pork, Tri tip and varieties of ribs such as pork ribs, baby back ribs, rip tips, smoked chicken and steak. We take it as traditional way to smoke the meat we do slow smoke that mean it take 12-16hours to smoke at low temperature 210-225 F to make the meat tender and juicy, we use our original Kansas City BBQ sauce, sweet and tangy and smokey
