Chef Chance Carstensen started the company as a hobby, for friends throughout Sacramento. After attending college at the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and traveling the nation for a few years, cooking, serving and opening restaurants he returned to CA and through life, found his way back to catering and is now dedicated to creating the absolute best events anywhere or that anyone could imagine.
