We set out to create something new... San Diego Style BBQ. Of course, it's popular to copy the styles from other parts of the country. Texas style, Kansas City Style, Carolina Style, Santa Maria Style, etc., etc. And not that there is anything wrong with any of them! We love them all. But San Diego deserves its own! And that relies heavily on the infusion of Craft Beer and our locally sourced ingredients for our rubs, as well as smoking over Avocado Wood from local groves. It's what makes San Diego Style, San Diego through and through.

Our business specializes in San Diego Style, Small Batch BBQ. Smoked low and slow over real wood, never using lighter fluid or anything with chemicals. Only natural wood.
