In 1990 we open our doors as Emma's catering serving some of the biggest companies in north county in 2015 we open our first specialty truck with the name the Cali food truck serving all special events /wineries/ breweries /school functions and sport events in 2016 we got our second specialty truck having a second truck we are able to serve Riverside and San Diego county business are great thank god
