This is a great place to pick up essentials for hair and beauty needs. It also offers salon services. The knowledgeable staff and great prices are a plus. The company has been family-owned and operated for three generations. There is not a lot of street parking available. You might have to park several blocks away.

This establishment appears to be closed. I've come here many times. The listed address of 221 State Street now houses a store called ACTIVE which sells outdoor wear. I'm sad to see RBC go.

I use the styling salon monthly. I'm 78 and the stylist is the best I've ever had. Also, the product line is high end and excellent. The ladies there are always happy to help any way they can.
