Chris got his license in 2002 and began selling Real Estate in Tulare County in 2003. We have owned several Real Estate companies that Chris has managed. Kohlee was licensed in 2011 and was able to move from the back office and into real estate sales full time alongside Chris. We have both been with Modern Broker, since 2014. Chris is currently the Broker/Office Manager.
