The Arthur Szyk Society celebrates the art and books of Arthur Szyk. Szyk, a master of miniature painting and calligraphy, is best known for his World War II anti-Nazi political art. Aside from collectors and enthusiasts of the artist, the organization aims to keep this historical figure's life and work accessible for new generations. It is because his works were originally published as limited-edition fine-art books and as editorials in periodicals, the society's CEO established Historicana, a series of books cataloguing Szyk's art and manuscripts.
