This is the Beverly Hills office for the United Talent Agency, an artist’s management business. It is located on the third floor of a building that is home to several prime retail shops in Beverly Hills. It represents artist such as actors, singers and writers and will prepare all contracts between the producers and the talent and will work with promoting the finished project. It will also arrange interviews or auditions with producers for future films or publishing. The agency will receive a percentage of the fee the talent will earn only after it is sold, booked and paid. Some of the artists associated with the agency are film director Kevin Dowling and actress Finola Hughes who has appeared on the popular soap opera General Hospital and the NBC television sitcom, Night Shift.
