In 2002, I received my real estate license. By 2004 the market was exploding and I was writing offers on the hood of my car during open houses. It was a lot to learn so quickly, but I was good at it. I felt very fulfilled and loved helping people find their dream homes and assisting them through a sometimes challenging process. In 2007 when the market crashed, I was resilient and began to learn how to adapt in a changing business. I recognized opportunities for clients of mine and continued to be successful even in a difficult time. Surviving through the tough times and helping clients navigate through the many changes they go through in real estate transactions; like divorces, deaths, births, retirement, etc, is what I am good at. I love being there as the voice of reason and helping them to keep one foot in front of the other and making the best investments and choices they can in real estate. I am passionate about what I do and put everything into my work.

Representing buyers and sellers since 2002, I have the experience to navigate through any transaction. I specialize in listing and selling homes, income and commercial properties, condos, lofts, new construction, as well as trust sales, probates and short sales. Much of my business comes from first time buyers and entertainment industry people. I really take time with my clients and they appreciate the attention they receive. Word travels fast, so many of those clients will share their experience with their friends. They feel the difference in personal service they receive, so first time buyers and overwhelmed, busy people seem to be my niche! I have received several awards for Excellence in Customer Service- The Five Star Real Estate Agent Award. This is an honor only 1% of the Realtors in Los Angeles receive. The award is nominated and voted for by past clients. Consumers evaluated me on performance in customer service, communication, marketing, integrity, negotiation, market knowledge and overall satisfaction. The majority of my business originates from referrals and repeat transactions. I am known for my attention to detail and high standards of personal integrity. I am very hands on and present during each and every step with my clients, because I know buying a home is a big step and can be stressful. I have a background in home design and remodeling which helps in every step of the process from searching for properties, to negotiating on repairs and inspections.
