Teaching Classical Yoga in the tradition of TKV Desikachar, Jennifer Durand offers group and individual yoga instruction that includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath awareness), and philosophy. Yoga is for everyone. If you are new to yoga, don't worry! If you can breathe, you can do yoga. And if you are a long-time practitioner, there might be something new to discover in a cup of tea and a yoga sutra. We also offer pre-natal and post-natal classes, as well as individual instruction.
