Quick overview of my experience... I've been a Transaction Coordinator since 2007. I managed a small real estate office for 3yrs (Online Brokers REO) as office manager; I learned how important daily tasks are to service our clients... specially the importance to be up to date with all required regulations under C.A.R. to meet requirements and know we are servicing our clients' needs. As a big believer in entrepreneurship, I decided to start my own Transaction Coordinating business in 2009 and thanks to referrals and great friends in the industry. I've gain a large amount of clients in need of assistance with their transactions. I work with individual agents as well as company contracts. I travel to your client's home or work You will receive a full copy of your transaction at the end of a successful closing... on a CD or PDF (Hard Copy only for the broker if needed) All for a fee of $400.00 per side / to be charged through escrow..
