History
I've been training for several years. I first started at Golds Gym West Covina where I excelled at personal training. Following my time there I decided to get into private training where I was able to more efficiently help clients achieve their fitness goals which has led me to starting Taylor-ed Fitness.
Specialties
Taylor-ed Fitness offers one on one training as well as small group training. In addition to the one on one experience with a trainer we also offer meal planning and a systematic approach to achieving your fitness goals whether it be weight loss and toning or increasing lean muscle mass and strength.
