Tahitian Terrace is a mobile home community perched on the hills above Pacific Coast Highway. The park is more than 50 years old, offering spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and a short walk to Will Rogers State Beach. For many years, the park was a rental community for seniors over 55. The park now offers mobile homes to purchase, with all ages welcome. Mobile homes of various sizes and floorplans fill the community, all built at different times from the 1960's to the 2000's. Azul Pacifico Inc. owns the property and is presided over by Desmond McDonald, grandson of the parks builder, Robert E. Westenhaver.
