Free and Well Counseling Center
HistoryIn 2006, I first received the vision of Free & Well. It was to be a holistic center for healing the mind, body and soul. The vision began to take shape at UC Davis, where I interned with Opening Doors, Inc. a non-profit that helps survivors of human trafficking. This is where the name Free & Well was born. After Davis, I attended and graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary. I met so many wonderful people and began to form my modalities. From Pasadena to Concord, I shifted from student to teacher as I worked at STAND! for families against violence and Fred Finch Youth Center. I then was called to open Free & Well Pilates Studio to help people heal through movement. And now, the vision has become a reality. I am happy to say the Free & Well Counseling Center is established. Here to help people heal through relationship.SpecialtiesAnxiety. Depression. Trauma. Relational Issues. Women's issues.
