Don't ever live in this apartment. This building is infested with roaches and bed bugs. I've seen three roaches in a week.

This is what happens when you call the city for help. The Manager will have someone kick in your door! Don't live/rent from this place!

And the building manager Peter Smith (Pete) is very ignorant and rude. He constantly talks about fake sexual stories.

This is NOT an apartment building. This is a Residential Hotel (old motel) they are trying to make it seem like an apartment building.
