Mr. Smith saw that there was a need for both private landlords and property owners to quickly lease out their vacant units, once a tenant vacates that unit. With this in mind, Mike develop a company made of up of both licensed and unlicensed vendors with various skills such as: Plumbing, electrical, Construction & minor handyman skills. We offer these services and much more to both landlords, property managers & private clients all over San Gabriel Valley & Greater Los Angeles.
