nice place to take small children, isn't it?

am I the only one that wonders why you put a chain link fence around a children's play area to start with?

note how every fence rail is removed from the adjacent, and the photos are different.

Been like this for months now. Nice play area for children, don't you think??

there used to be a wall here. Instead they leave 2 or 3 inches of trip hazard above ground and removed the trash bins that resided here.
