Specialties
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, CranioSacral, Trigger Point, Prenatal I customize each massage to meet client needs and adjust pressure appropriately to ensure client comfort. Unless a relaxation massage is requested, the massages are very focused, using a mix of techniques to work antagonist muscles which may be causing soreness and tension. Client participation in the form of guided resisted stretches and subtle movements combined with strategic muscle targeting help to ensure optimal results. A lot of soreness and tension is chronic and in some cases a treatment program may be advisable.
