Yoga Studio

Since 1979, the Yoga Studio in Montrose has been helping the community improve posture and reduce stress, not to mention the multitude other benefits of the practice. Classes are offered for drop-ins and in ten-week series. Instructor Lori helps customers with spinal alignment, strength and fitness in general. There is also a Yoga cafe, where students can be taught how to to meditate. The center is close to the Montrose shopping district.
