Spectrum sent their subcontractor to my building and since he did not have a key this is his work and how he left the job.

If Spectrum sends out a non Spectrum employee -but rather a sub then -RUN as fast as you can. The subs get paid by the job not by the hour.

His closed the work order stated job was completed. However he just took off in the middle - packed up and left.
