The Southern Pacific District of the Assemblies of God is a non-profit religious organization that has been equipping and associating with ministers and churches since 1971. With a focus on pastoral ministries, teaching, church planting, counseling, and pastoral training, they support ministries, churches, and the expansion of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in Southern California, Nevada, and Hawaii. The district plays a vital role in pastoring the Hispanic community, with ministers and pastors carrying out their ministerial work in churches, retreats, and conferences. The Southern Pacific District Council of the Assemblies of God represents over 340 local Hispanic churches in Southern California and owns and administers the Latin American Theological Seminary. They prioritize pastoral care ministries, provide excellent family ministries, and offer various higher education and training options through their biblically-based Pentecostal community. With a mission to partner with and train church leaders for effective ministry, their vision is to be a Pentecostal and multicultural fraternity of healthy and growing churches.
