Mindfulness strategies and energy healing are a wonderful complement to traditional talk therapy. I realized through my own experience with yoga and energy work that learning concrete skills to manage stress -- and combining that with standard Western psychotherapy -- is exponentially more effective than talk therapy alone. That is when I decided to pursue training in yoga therapy and energy healing. This helped me shift the focus of my business into holistic mental health.

Soulful Healing specializes in holistic mental health, helping you achieve balance between mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I help clients more effectively manage stress, tension, worry, and sleep problems. In addition, I assist people in managing symptoms associated with recovery from physical and emotional trauma (including sports injuries, surgery complications, natural disasters, and violent crimes such as sexual assault or child abuse). Yoga, mindfulness practices, and energy healing are particularly well-suited for healing stress and anxiety, due to their attention to the mind-body connection. Because I am a licensed mental health practitioner, a yoga therapist, and an energy healer, I can help you reach your goals more quickly than with traditional talk therapy alone and experience lasting change.
