History
I started collecting recipes and stories from Rosie the Riveters and their children to preserve the history and flavors of the people who came to the area during WWII from the rural south. My passion for the food and the cooks is evident in the care I take in preparing each recipe. The recipes represent the nurturance and love passed from generation to generation. I am proud to cook, bake, can and preserve the family histories of the people I've been lucky enough to meet.
