History
Trainers background is in competitive gymnastics, swimming, track and field, and cheerleading. SoreCore Training's program is designed to compliment functional body movements with added resistance. The owner comes from a large corporate gym, and she established SoreCore, to help members of her community get the expertise of a personal trainer at a budget able rate! Her goal is to teach you how to workout in a more effective manner than just cardio alone. Build lean muscle, get a stronger core, and learn how to lift with proper form at SoreCore.

Instructor led small group training classes and personal 1-on-1 training in the Temescal Valley area. SoreCore's core and resistance training program is designed to accelerate FAT LOSS while building core strength, toning up, and building a nice lean body. We offer nutritional coaching and accountability with a certified personal trainer, so you can maximize your results by combing healthy meal choices with your exercise program. I work with beginners to athletes ages 14 and up.
