I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, and an athlete my whole life. I understand what it feels like to feel insecure, out of shape and unmotivated because I have been there myself. But I also know what it takes to get out of the slump, inconsistencies and confusion about working out. I love what I do for people, and I have made a career out of it.

Fitness Program includes: -60 Minute High Intensity Workouts with me. I come to you with my equipment. I'm mobile! I find a nice local park, apartment gym or if there is ample space, at your home. -Nutritional Plan -Personalized Fitness Plan for 7 days of the week
