S+M Vegan started as a small pop up in Oakland in the winter of 2013, quickly evolving into a recurring supper series and catering business. After recently spending some time in LA, we are back in the Bay Area and happy to cook for you all again. Visit our website for our events schedule or to access our catering form!
Specialties
Our food centers local, seasonal produce in its many forms, fresh, cooked, fermented, preserved. Our inspiration comes from the farmers' market, as well as our Italian and Southeast Asian roots. Depending on the event, our dishes range from immediately crave-worthy and a little nostalgic (pan pizza, General Tso's Brussels sprouts) to more vegetable forward and fresh (shaved cruciferous salad with almond ricotta and fermented peppers).
