Andre started SkraBoom in 2010. That year, his son was diagnosed with a medical condition and he realized how important sanitation is for children who are at risk of germ contamination due to constant exposure in their environment. He decided to make a difference by starting a janitorial service cleaning child care centers in his area. He found that there is a need for high-quality, affordable janitorial services in the Bay Area and so he decided to expand the business to other types of facilities. Andre recognized that in today's economy, many businesses (especially large corporations and commercial property management firms) are seeking to cut costs.
