Ultimately, what I want to do is show women how to take back control of their mind and bodies, because it's been my life's work to figure this out for myself. I'm passionate about helping because I am just like them. It's taken YEARS and a lot of experience to learn what really works. It's not pharmacology and it's not just talk therapy--not that these are excluded, but I want the power back in the hands of the individual. And I've learned how, but it takes time. 12 weeks is just a start, but I can show you the way.
Specialties
I work with women to help revitalize mood and kick daily fatigue to the curb so that they can feel joy on a regular basis and show up in their lives as who they want to be. I help women feel better by creating consistent habits based in nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. We also dive deep into patterns of habituated resistance to maintenance of healthy habits--therefore creating REAL change.
