Sarah Davis, a mom and lifelong San Diego resident, founded Simple Diaper Service to fill the need for a modern cloth diapering solution for San Diego area parents that is, above all, Simple! In her work as a licensed midwife, lactation consultant and owner of a birth center, Sarah found that most of the parents she worked with had never heard of cloth diaper service. She set out to change that by founding a diaper service centrally located in San Diego, that serves the whole county. She also found that busy parents are overwhelmed by the vast array of modern cloth diapers, so she chose to streamline and simply for families by offering just two high quality options- organic cotton prefolds, and all-in-one diapers that as are simple to put on and off as disposable diapers. Sarah is proud to be creating a green, eco friendly small business, by ensuring an eco-friendly wash process with minimal, low impact chemicals, minimizing carbon footprint, and using reusable products.
