History
For as long we can remember, even when we could barely walk, we ate schnitzels. The schnitzel was always warm, crispy, fresh and very tasty. It's in our family for as long as we can remember. We ate it in grandma's kitchen all throughout our childhood and until now, we decided that we shouldn't keep this awesome crispiness just to ourselves. We made the decision to turn our signature schnitzel sandwich into Shnitz. We feel like there's room for something new, something genuinely fresh and tasty that stays true to it's European roots and brings new flavors and textures to California. We use only organic fresh chicken breast and dip it in our signature breadcrumbs, cook it in fresh oil until it's golden-brown to perfection. Then into its roll it goes. We add fresh vegetables, and drizzle our special sauce, and let the Shnitz begin!
