Shelley's Biscotti was founded in 1996 by Shelley Fryer, who has restaurant and food preparation experience dating back to the early 1970s. At her wholesale business, she and her staff make each biscotti by hand with only fresh and natural ingredients such as freshly grated orange zest, sea salt, olive oil and Madagascar bourbon vanilla.
